The project
This project wasn't originally planned as a major renovation. A refrigerator water-line failure went unnoticed for two days, causing more than $50,000 in damage.
What began as an unexpected restoration project grew into a much larger renovation as the homeowners took the opportunity to rethink additional areas of the home.
One of the most significant transformations was the primary bathroom. A full wet-room design placed a freestanding tub inside the shower area, creating an open, spa-inspired space. An unusual ceiling-mounted tub filler became one of the room's signature features.
