Rebuilding a Waterfront Home After Hurricane Helene
Hurricane Helene brought approximately three feet of floodwater through this waterfront home, destroying the homeowners' belongings and leaving nearly the entire interior in need of replacement. The existing floor tile was the rare exception and survived the storm.
Home Res-Q helped take the renovation from demolition through the finished interior. With almost everything else being replaced, the homeowners also used the opportunity to incorporate upgrades and give their Florida home a fresh start.
The property serves as a second home for a couple who travels south seasonally and enjoys sharing their Florida retreat with family visiting from out of state. The rebuilt interior created a renewed space where the family could continue enjoying the home together.
